Over the phone: Use this option by dialing 855-949-3055 to make a payment using our secure payment line. In order to remain PCI compliant, our member service representatives can no longer take payments over the phone.
Auto Pay: You can sign up to have your payment automatically processed on the due date each month through SmartHub or by following the prompts on our secure payment line at 855-949-3055.
Mail: You can always mail your payment to P.O. Box 391, Fayette, MO 65248.
In Person: You can pay in person by cash, check, money order, or with a debit or credit card (MasterCard, Visa or Discover). Our office is open 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. You can also use our secure drop box 24 hours each day.
