You may pay your bill by check or money order through the mail, in person, or you can sign up for the AUTO-PAY
option. We also accept Credit or Debit card payments over the phone during business hours.
If you wish to pay your bill in person by check, cash or money
order, you may do so at the following locations:
Howard Electric Cooperative offices located on Highway 5 North
in Fayette
Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday
Drop Box (inside front door) - Available 24 hours a day
Bank of Cairo & Moberly - all 4 locations (1st through the 10th of the
month only)
