You may pay your bill by check or money order through the mail, in person, or you can sign up for the Auto Pay option (see attachment #1 below). We also accept Credit or Debit card payments over the phone during business hours, or we can process your card automatically every month at no additional charge (see attachment #2 below).

If you wish to pay your bill in person by check, cash or money order, you may do so at the following locations:

Howard Electric Cooperative offices located on Highway 5 North in Fayette

Office Hours: 8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday

Drop Box (inside front door) - Available 24 hours a day

Bank of Cairo & Moberly - all 4 locations (1st thru 10th of the month only)
